    • Type: Optional (Users may specify this at their discretion during profile customization).

  • Sexual orientation:

    • Type: Mandatory / Optional (Specified in profile settings).

    • Purpose: App functionality, Personalization, Account management.

  • Other information:

    • Type: Optional (Other personal details added to the profile or posts by the user).

B. Photos and Videos

C. Audio and Voice Files

3. Security and Safety Practices

To protect our users' data, we implement the following advanced security standards:

  • Data is encrypted in transit: All data transferred between our application and our servers is fully encrypted using secure connection protocols (HTTPS/SSL/TLS). This prevents unauthorized interception of your data.

  • You can request data deletion: REAX gives users full control over their personal data. You can request the permanent and irreversible deletion of your account and all associated data (posts, voice recordings, photos, messages) from our system at any time through the in-app settings or by contacting our official support service.

4. Renaex AI (Artificial Intelligence Bot)

The integrated Renaex AI assistant is available on both the web version (reax.space) and the Android app of REAX.

  • No Data Collection: Your conversations, questions, queries, and voice messages shared with Renaex AI are not permanently stored on our servers, recorded, or written to databases.

  • In-Memory Processing: Your queries are processed temporarily within a live session (in-memory) solely to generate responses, and are immediately and completely deleted once the session ends.

  • No Training or Personalized Ads: None of the information generated from these interactions is used to train artificial intelligence models or to serve personalized advertisements.

5. Google AdMob Advertising Network

We use the Google AdMob advertising partner within our Android app to keep the platform free of charge and to support its continuous development.

  • AdMob may process your device's advertising ID, IP address, and device parameters solely for ad delivery and fraud prevention within the app's technical framework.

  • We never share your personal REAX profiles, private messages, or documents with Google AdMob or any other advertising network.

6. Children's Privacy

REAX does not knowingly collect or process personal data from children under the age of 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has registered on our platform and provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete that account and all associated data from our systems.

7. Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to comply with new legal requirements and technological advancements. In the event of any material changes, users will be notified through in-app announcements or via our official website.
